Simply stunning. I have the distinct impression I ran across (and faved) another shot of yours from this set, but how I let this particular image slip by til now is beyond me. Beautiful all around. Framing/composition/attention to character detail/focus... and, of course, the model is gorgeous. =]
Oh my... This is incredible. Absolutely one of the most stunningly beautiful and accurate renditions of any character I've ever seen. I've never seen a better Moxxi cosplay. HOW did you get it so accurate? Wow. Everything about this is just fantastic. The makeup, the costume, the composition. Lovely stuff.
months of trying to glitch my way on top of her tower to watch her twirl so i could get a full 180 of the costume. :3 thank you so much <3 ^^ i'm glad between the photographer and me we did her justice
dear god, this cosplay is fantastic, and im not talking about your "boobs, i'm talking about the detail! i know i might sound annoying, but two questions, how long did it take you to make this costume? and what type of different fabrics did you use to make the full costume (sorry you must get this question alot)? really, you do such a great job on these cosplays of yours, it must be alot of work just making the costumes, just wonderful! and the make-up is spot on! great job!
hummm this costume took about 2 months of work from the start of January til mid February x-x; (and a lot of snow days) i couldn't name all the fabrics since it's been about a year but i know all the red i used a corduroy which naturally comes with the pin stripe feel it wasn't my first choice tho there is a wider set corduroy that was out of stock EVERYWHERE i was looking at the time even in nyc, so i wound up with the thinner, if i ever remade that it's be the only thing i'd change. the trim feels like a satin and probably is (i took it out to double check XD)the black and white was a mix of stuff basically i wound up sewing tons and tons of strips of black and white to make the striped pattern then fabric painted the swirls on over which took much looking to find the right shade of paint which only came in the tiny bottles remember buying out the store at the time .3.; the back design was a duck canvas swatch i had kickin around and a lace bit for the back patch the inside of her coat tail is a sorta satain-ish fabric but you'll only find it in the home decor fabrics on those big ol bolts that make ya look like a jouster when they're in the cart. All around i never really go in looking for a specific fabric i go in looking for what's accurate then figure out how to make it work best.
