Ya know tho comparatively simple, this costume just makes me happy, ever since i was a wee chiddler i always loved the flash and his incredibly lametastic villains the rouges. If you had told wee one neon back then i'd be able to dress up and run around as Jesse ? I might have had a aneurysm xD
